Eliminate all the extras -- eating out, vacations, cell phone, premium cable and internet, etc. Take every penny you can squeeze out of that budget and put it on the highest rate credit card, while paying the minimum on the rest. When the highest rate card is paid off, go to the next, till all the credit cards are paid off. Once you get those credit cards paid off, don't charge more than you can afford to pay at the end of the month. You should learn the difference between WANT and NEED.
