I noticed the response on your other question.

1) Very poorly worded. Obviously the person who wrote the response on not a native English speaker. They are probably in West Africa in an Internet Cafe.

2) Yahoo! email address. Anyone can set one up using any name they want.

Avoid them.

Please please PLEASE be careful with personal loans. They get thousands and thousands of people in trouble every year with their high interest rates. These loans can sometimes be as bad or worse than credit card debt!

Not to mention that often times these companies can come after your other assets if you don’t pay the loan off.

Don’t do it!
