There are lots of people who would like to work at home. That’s why there are so many scams out there. Those “jobs” you see with signup costs are scams. And pretty much all of the others won’t really pay out, they are just gathering you information to put you on mailing lists.
You are right you need a better job. But you won’t find it online.

All work at home sites are a scam. They just want
your personal information for identity theft.

I have a cousin who’s a medical transcriptionist.
Her job is to take doctor’s prescriptions (written in a doctor’s lousy handwriting), and type them into a computer.
Google “medical transcriptionist” and see what comes up.
But, DO NOT apply to any job that requires an application fee. They’re all scams.
Now, if a job placement service offers you the service for free and charges the employer, that’s fine.
And if they offer you the service in return for 5% of what you make for the next year, that’s fine too.
In both cases, you know they’re really working for you, and not just trying to turn a profit on application fees.

Pipe dream! What you’re looking for doesn’t exist, or else everyone would be doing it! All I can suggest is starting your own business, things like home daycare, pet care, cleaning, painting/renovations, type/edit essays for college students… but none of these things are going to get you ahead in life. You need to find a new career. Go back to school or do a trade. I work in group homes for adults with special needs. I work shift work so am able to make it to more field trips and stuff, but it does cost me a little more in babysitting. I make $22/hour and get full benefits for me and my kids.
edit* OMG the ad above me looks like a total scam! What kinda business has an e-mail address like???
