You probably can’t get the loan. And frankly, your friend has a lot of nerve to ask you to. You “need” to get a loan for your friend? Your friend needs to deal with this, not you.

you have screwed your own finances so bad now you want to get a loan for someone else?? you need to get your own head together before you get yourself into worse shape than you are now. You will not get any loans from anyone for quite a while since you filed for bankruptcy…so have to get that all straightened out first,, then you have to show years of solid financial foundation bbefore anyone will take a chance on you again,,, and just have a ‘well’ paying job now does not qualify you ,, you could lose the job tomorrow!! getting into “co-signing” for a loan is the last thing you should be thinking of now!!

You will not be able to get a personal loan until you can show that you are a rehabilitated insolvent. Did the Court not appoint a curator/administrator for you? If they can prove that you are now rehabilitated you might succeed.

stupid is as stupid does.
You say you are ‘grown’. Then act like it.

I was just watching the movie Forrest Gump yesterday and your situation reminds me of a line from the movie…
“Are you stupid or something?”
Didn’t you learn anything from going bankrupt? The last thing you need to be doing is borrowing money, especially when it isn’t even for you! Your friend needs to stand on their own two feet.
