Not sure how much you need, but you might try prosper.com. I can’t seem to bring their site up right now, but my guess is they’d be fine with out of state co-signers since it’s ordinary people that fund your loan. Prosper actually sells the loan to ordinary people instead of having it done through a traditional bank.

Not enough details- is the loan secured by collateral or unsecured? What is causing the need for co-signer credit, income or both? Chattel loans which are secured by personal property as collateral that you can pick up at American General, Household Finance or Citiroup will often permit this- the variables are income, credit, employment and assets- this is as important as a good credit rating- can you provide more info?
Unsecured lines are a little different- the underlying reason a cosigner was requested is important in giving you an answer to this question- if you want to email me I will try and help you find a ploace as I know you do not want the whole world knowing your personal business.
My broker does residential and commercial lines in Florida. Prosper.com was down for “upgrades” I haven’t seen the sight come back up- maybe they moved to park on loanshark.com hit page.

People with poor credit feel that it is difficult to get personal loans. However, there are many financial companies and banks that provide loans to bad credit applicants. Bad credit personal loans are generally soughtThe interest rates on secured loans are lower than unsecured loans. However, there is always the risk of losing your house or property if the loan is not repaid.

Prosper.com is indeed a great place to get a loan. There are no cosigners (as far as I’m aware), but you can get decent loans yourself - on your own credit.
It helped to pay off my credit card debts
