Can I get a personal loan from individuals online? Is there any site that does this?

Not a chance. No one is going to loan money to a stranger sight unseen. There would be too much fraud and to much expense to make any such thing a viable option.
If you really were able to pay it all within two weeks, what is so urgent that you can’t get the people you owe to wait a week or two?
Go to a bank or a payday loan place for your “few hundred.” And learn how to plan your finances, stick to a budget, and save up sufficent funds for future needs and investments.
