I need to apply for a non credit based personal loan that is NOT a payday loan? Any ideas?

   Non credit based? You mean a loan that isn’t based on your credit, because you have none right now?

   Sorry, but other than payday loans, you’re probably out of luck.

   Nobody loans money without either a good idea you will pay it back (your credit history) or an absolute assurance you will (by signing over your pay check).

   Try a personal loan or maybe you can borrow from a friend or family member. A friend or family member may be more inclined to lend you money if you have a definite plan on how you will repay them. Stay away from payday loans. They will get you into a worse predicament than you are in.
