Ask your bank how the 0% is calcualted. Sometimes they say purchases, sometimes cash advance. A lot of them will give you cheques to write. Know EXCATLY what 0% means! 0% on purchases, life of the loan, cash advance, balance transfers, what??? Talk to your bank and explore and exhaust every option. Ask them what 0% means. Many a times its 0% APR for 12 months on "purchases" and 20% APR on cash advances! Know that!!!!</description>
