I suggest going to and apply for a loan there. I swear i’m NOT spamming… but prosper.com is a community of just regular folks who bid on giving you a loan. They each bid a small piece of it. So, if you’re asking for a 5K loan, you could theoretically have 100 50dollar biddders and you make a loan payment just to prosper and they dispurse the funds appropriately. Chances are, if you state a good case, you’ll get funded and there will be no banks to worry about.
