   There are always loan companys that are looking to screw people that will take anyone on. Though or less you can repay it back there not recommended, they normally have terrible interest rates.

   You can definitely get a credit card even if you have bad or no credit. Check out the website. Get their number and try calling them to find if they offer personal loans.
