Stop trying to borrow you way out of debt. Buckle down.
Pay your bills in this order:

Food,shelter,electricity,transportaton,phone bill, other bills, credit cards. Budget. Budget. Budget. Sell everything not tied down. No more eating out. No more cable tv.If you have car payments see about selling that car and getting a paid-for clunker.

If you have to get an extra job, so be it.

You can go to a local business that does pay checks in advance and they also do loans there. Or you could go online and there are some places that use your vehicle title as collateral and give you a loan for the amount your vehicle is worth.

Only the payday advance places, and they charge huge interest,
make you pay the entire amount lended, and steal all your money
thru interest and fees.
You can borrow $100 and pay back $500.
Don’t go there.
Call all the people that you owe.
Tell them that you have a problem this month, tell them what it is,
and say that you will make a partial payment and will pay in full
next month.
Then do that.
Work 3 jobs if you have to.
You need heat, water, light, and groceries.
Make sure that you have enough money for those things.

I’d go the credit card route in a pinch, but the interest is high.

Or you could go to that guy, Guido, on the corner. He’ll only use your kneecaps as collateral.

I work in the loan industry and there is no way of giving you the loan money if you dont have a bank account - if you need money then I suggest you go to cash converters and sell some things

I think it is nearly impossible to be honest.

Try Credit cards, they don’t require bank info….

Otherwise, my advice to you would be to go to the bank itself!
