What financial institution is a good one to apply for a personal loan other than Prosper?

   WIth that credit score you will not be able to get a personal loan. To build your credit you should apply for a secured credit card. Use this for about a year than appy for a loan.

   if it is a small loan, this helped me make sure interests are low and fixed
