What is a good website for getting a personal loan?

I’m looking to catch up on my debt. I tried prosper, but never get funded over 2%! Going to be paying donw 4 credit cards and getting ahead on a car loan. Anything will be greatful, even advice!
Would I be able to pay off debt with a student loan debt? How does that work? I’m in my 3rd year paying w/Financial Aid, not sure if I will get it next term, that’s why I’m trying to use my money to save and get a loan to pay my bills.

   I had a girlfriend who recently went through egg donation and received a significant compensation for her donation.
