Do you have kids, what about income taxes? The best thing to do is call your mortgage company, and let them know you hit a rough spot! They will work with you. They don’t want to have to sell your home.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but I doubt very seriously that you can unless you have “mucho” colateral to put up for the loan. Lending institutions will not work with you with such a low scredit score…I have recently tried to get a realestate loan with a higher credit score than that and was denied…sorry

You are probably out of luck. Your very best chance (but slim) would be try to join a credit union. A personal loan is about the hardest type to get unless you have something worth the amount you want to borrow to put up in case you don’t re-pay.
