Try Wells Fargo “Financial” or (Finance). Or Bank of America both a repretable corporations. Loans secured by liens on automobiles are available in the marketplace. Check also Finance Companies. What do you mean by BAD credit? Do you have a BK-7 or BK-13 on your credit report?

If it’s a secured loan it shouldn’t matter. Some places won’t even check credit if you have the CASH as collateral. Basically using a truck as collateral would be the same thing as if you got a car loan for the truck. Try local Credit Unions or small savings banks, which tend to be easier to work with for a consumer.

Do you own the truck outright, free and clear, or are you still making payments on it.
If you are making payments, It will not be acceptable as collateral for a line of credit.

Check out a credit union in your area. They generally have great rates and they are like a co-op. Meaning you are a part owner once you become a member.
