Has anyone been approved for a personal loan with North American General Financial?

I was recently approved for a $10,000 personal loan with North American General Financial. They asked for collateral/security before funding the loan. We sent them the “security” through Western Union (to Canada) to never see the proceeds of the loan. We have filed complaints with the local authorities and bbb, has anyone else been SCAMMED by this company?
