I just recently graduated from college with a masters and started working. I’ve had a lot of catching up to do financially since I lived off of credit cards for about a month until I started getting paid. I have 2 cards that are maxed out for a total of 3500. One card is killing me in interest (29%). I’m paying all my bills on time and I have decent credit (670 I think). What kind of a percentage can I expect to get for a personal loan around 5000-7500. The reason for the loan is so I can eliminate the balance on my high interest credit card and also look for an engagement ring. I would wait till I get my finances more in order but due to timing I would really like to get that ring soon.

So any information on personal loans, how they work, expected interest rates and so on would be welcomed
